Each piece is crated and packed with the utmost care and shipped truck freight to your home or business and set on your curb side. The carrier should call you to arrange a time for someone to be available to receive the products. It would be advisable to have help, depending on the size of purchase, to help you open the crate. All that is needed to open the crate is a drill with a Phillips screwdriver tip. Next, Follow the simple instructions in your maintenance kit to assemble, and ENJOY!
(It is standard freight company policy to only remove the product from the truck for liability reasons. They will not carry the product into your house and are not required to under the terms of the shipping agreement.) A reasonably flat surface should be supplied, on which to set the crate. Or, see special conditions below.*
Always inspect your shipment immediately, while the truck is still there to be sure there are no damages. If the truck driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment you must note on the freight bill, "Driver would not wait for inspection." Do NOT sign for it if it is damaged. It will be sent back at no charge to you and we will replace it. Please call and report all delivery problems immediately.
Estimated Shipping/Delivery Times is usually 4-6 weeks. Let us know if you need something sooner.
PLEASE CALL TO FIND OUT OUR CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERY.
UPDATE: *When shipping to remote regions or areas in which delivery may be difficult for common freight, you may wish to make other arrangements. For example, we would recommend using our free shipping/common freight to ship your products to a White Glove Delivery Service or such. You would be responsible for any charges incurred at the White Glove or other. Another option would be to have the freight delivered to another location, such as a business, where it may be taken out of the crate and transferred into your vehicle.
